Quality Coordinator

Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S is looking for a Quality Coordinator We are looking for a Quality Coordinator for our Quality Department in Engineering & Supply, Søborg. You will be reporting to our Quality Manager, who is responsible for maintenance of our ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System. The system covers all activities in Søborg within Engineering & Supply departments and Market units Oil & Gas and Power. Key tasks • Planning and follow-up on internal audit and corrective/preventive actions • Performing internal audits • Handling suggestions for improvement of processes, procedures, etc. • Drive updating of our documented Quality Management System and implement relevant changes and improvements in the system • Preparation of local KPI reporting for Management Review • Training new employees in the Quality Management system • Participate in Supplier evaluation and approval • Support project managers in making quality plans and inspection and test plans for execution of customer projects • Participate in documenting new version of quality management system. Your background • Relevant technical education and experience with the mentioned tasks in a project oriented organisation • Extensive knowledge and lead auditor ISO 9001:2008 standard • You are experienced MS Office user and knowledge of Lotus Notes is an advantage • You have good communication and networking skills • You like to take ownership and feel responsible for the given tasks • You work in a structured and systematic way and like to follow things through • You enjoy working in a complex organisation.
