As we are ISO 9001 certified you will play an important role in monitoring and continuously improving our quality system. Moreover you will become the key player who ensures that Danfoss Burner Components is in compliance with TS16949 standards by end of 2015. Quality development, implementation and management As our Quality Consultant your overall mission will be to develop and maintain our existing quality systems in accordance with ISO/TS16949. As such you will monitor quality performance, direct quality initiatives towards operations and secure that corrective actions are implemented. With your knowledge of ISO/TS16949 and your practical implementation skills, we rely on you to train and coach our organisation to be compliant with the standards. Further responsibilities will be to:•Plan and perform internal and external audits •Plan and gather input for the Management Review and follow up on decisions •Prevent nonconformities •Follow up on quality KPI’s Implementation skills and solid quality management experience You have a relevant technical education and have solid working experience managing quality management systems. It is a plus if you are ISO 9001 and TS 16949 certified auditor. Furthermore, you are familiar with the TS16949 standard and know that you are able to execute on the practical implementation of this standard in a production environment. You have a natural authority and ability to act independently on your tasks. You are comfortable with undertaking ongoing projects and initiatives and your goal-oriented personality ensures that the activities you are executing are being completed. As you will be working with a variety of different stakeholders across our organisation it is crucial that you have strong interpersonal and cooperative skills and that you are easy to understand in speech and writing in Danish.
