The QHSSE Department monitors the policy as regards Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment. On civil as well as dredging, environmental and offshore projects all over the world, they support the people in charge with the implementation, the control and the improvement of the QHSSE Management System. Because our people are our greatest capital!

As safety, quality and environmental advisor, you are responsible for setting up, maintaining and improving the management systems at project level.

  • From our office in Aalst, you make analyses in the field of safety, quality and environment and you draw up action plans.
  • In addition, you carry out on-site audits and inspections and you are responsible for drawing up the reports.
  • Finally, providing information about the company’s safety, quality and environmental policy is an important part of this function.

Your profile:

You’re a technical engineer with preferably, an additional training as prevention advisor (level I or II) or you have a Master’s degree in environmental and prevention management. Preferably, you have experience with management systems in the offshore industry. You'll work from our office in Aalst and you are willing to make occasional trips to visit our offshore projects abroad.
