The new organisation would be a valued partner of the existing IT departments and over time become the go-to IT organisation for new development projects that cannot be supported by current IT resources. We plan for the organisation to be locally managed by local employees supported closely by a number of stakeholders in the IT departments serviced. The purpose of the development centre is to drive growth and innovation in IT for the organisation and as such it will require a high calibre of experience, entrepreneurial, problem solving IT resources.

The existing IT departments are predominately situated in a number of European locations and the ability to travel, to facilitate interaction and potentially to work in conjunction with existing IT teams, is required.
