You will become part of a dedicated and skilled team all working with saving activities in Danfoss Redan. Execute cost reduction activities and ensure sustainable savings pipeline As Project Procurement Coordinator you will drive the execution of planned savings, cost- down, cost reduction activities and projects continuously reducing TCO for our LDS (Light Duty Stations) products. Savings activities are run across our two LDS factories in close coordination with other ongoing savings activities within the District Energy Division. You will work closely together with the engineering team ensuring that relevant suppliers and components are made available for the team during new product development projects in accordance with the overall timeframe. Other areas of responsibility are: •Support daily operation in Operational Purchasing •Savings pipeline – plan idea generation and collect ideas from both suppliers and internal stakeholders •Operational purchasing – act as stand-in for our Operational Buyer (material planning, PO issuing and follow-up with suppliers) Strong networking skills and a hungry “go-getter” You are characterised as a proactive self-starter with high drive, ambitions and a positive can-do attitude. You have a relevant educational background (engineer or business BSc or MSc) and some years of procurement and project experience. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you are experienced in purchasing and supplier management. It is essential that you are result-oriented, structured and have strong negotiation skills, and that you are a strong team player willing to work cross-functionally.
