Your Responsibilities
Development of Custom Security Solutions
- Create individual safety concepts for both existing and new customers.
Project Management
- Plan, control, and monitor security technology projects from concept to system handover and approval.
Site Inspections & Technical Assessments
- Conduct on-site analyses to determine technical requirements and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Personnel Planning
- Organize and schedule technical service teams for project execution.
Budget & Cost Control
- Responsible for the financial planning, control, and profitability of assigned projects.
Customer & Team Coordination
- Maintain close collaboration with customers, service technicians, and internal leadership teams.
Measurement & Billing
- Ensure project-related documentation, progress reports, and invoicing are accurate and complete.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with planning, pricing, and quote preparation.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday | 40 hours/week
What We Expect:
- Completed technical training and several years of experience in project or construction site management
- Extensive experience in project execution and planning in the security technology field
- Business management knowledge and experience in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Solid understanding of applicable construction and safety regulations
- DIN 14675 certification for planning fire detection systems is desirable
- Strong service and customer orientation and willingness to travel regionally
- Proficient in MS Office and design tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, etc.
- Experience with ERP software such as “ES-Office” is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German (at least B1 level)
