Mission

 

Ensure the effective and efficient planning, coordination and control of the production processes in the Casais Group, ensuring internal / external customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards and at the lowest possible cost, through adequate allocation of financial, human, technical and material resources and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.

 

Main responsibilities

 

- Plan and coordinate work activities, monitoring their execution, analyzing costs and income, as well as existing deviations, implementing the necessary corrective actions, in order to ensure the quality of execution and defined objectives in line with the defined technical specifications;

- Liaise with the operations support areas, namely with regard to the survey of needs for physical resources (equipment and materials), human resources, the operational management of the shipyard;

- Outline of the Strategic Execution Plan in conjunction with DOP/DP/DUN in order to achieve the defined strategic objectives;

- Carry out permanent liaison with the Owner's team, regarding the fulfillment of the contract, suggesting and negotiating, any changes to the project and/or work plan and the defined execution processes;

- Promote and integrate enterprise development approaches that integrate people, systems, business structures and professional practices in a process that allows for the optimization of enterprise results, increase customer value, reduce waste and maximize efficiency in the project stages, from manufacturing to construction;

- Propose industrialization solutions to customers as a technical solution to the project, allowing a reduction in work schedules through well-defined and automated processes, enabling greater quality control and traceability;

- Respond to requests from external entities, namely regulatory entities, inspections, external audits, among others, providing all the necessary monitoring and information gathering;

- Periodically lead meetings with the construction team and subcontractors to assess the status of the work and define preventive or corrective actions;

- Carry out the development of reports, implementation and development of essential routine cycles, such as the strategic execution plan, general work planning, implementation and update of the biweekly work planning, supply maps, provisional auto and records - clients / task workers;

- Based on the policies established by the company and on the legal and contractual requirements, define, implement and monitor the work plans and inspect the processes in the areas of Quality, Environment and Safety.

 

Job requirements

- Degree and/or Masters in Civil Engineering;

- Civil engineer with current registration in the respective professional Order;

- Mastery of english;

- Experience in building construction between 5 to 7 years

1 to 3 years experience in Project Management;

- Geographic availability to come to Portugal;
