As a project manager in NNE's Automation & IT division, you will be managing one of our projects or portfolios based on the existing automation technologies and the new stuff within the Industry 4.0 domain.



The focus for this position is automation, software development and solutions from early project phases to the test and handover to the final operation in pharma/biotech facilities. As a AIT project manager, you will be working with highly qualified engineers, specialists and project managers, in an international environment.

How you might spend your days

As an Project Manager for AIT, you'll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where you'll be:

  • Prior to project start up, giving input to the proposal in cooperation with the sales department, 
  • strong in project management knowledge areas and competences 
  • defining the project execution strategy and identifying the risks and mitigations 
  • estimating and planning the budget in cooperation with our engineers and specialist
  • planning the project schedule and activity 
  • organizing setup for the project, and planning the team development
  • involved in stakeholder analysis and management 
  • securing the final delivery of the agreed scope, quality and within the budget  
  • communicating to the project and stakeholder 
  • motivating, developing and giving feedback to the team, and ensuring high level of the customer satisfaction.

The miles you’ve walked

  • Engineer, computer scientist or similar degree/experience or relevant technical knowledge background
  • You have 5 years of experience within AIT projects 
  • We will teach you what you don’t know! The most important is your experience and your personal profile!
