We expect you to: Set an example of excellence as an MCS representative, enhancing the company’s image and reputation through your credibility, commitment and first-class delivery Take overall responsibility for several implementation projects Collaborate with the customers’ specialists during the analysis of implementation requirements Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues Define and document workflow and configuration parameters, eventually describing the best fit for customer’s processes. Follow up on improvement plans Transfer knowledge of the my MCS software and Real Estate and Facility Management processes to the Customer Teams Communicate at various levels among the customer’s staff during on site implementations Define and describe links with other software and ERP systems (SAP, Lotus Notes, Peoplesoft, etc.) Analyse reporting and dashboard-related needs according to customer’s requirements Enjoy teamwork.
Profile:
- Master Project Management methods
- Have a general IT background or strong affinity with IT
- Demonstrate a strong customer support attitude
- Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Have experience in the enterprise customer arena
- Possess face-to-face customer engagement skills
