Job offer description
Your responsibilities:
- Leading all engineering activities related to the definition and development of a new product range
- Managing project timing plans, budgets and piece costs
- Ensuring on time introduction of customer programs meeting cost, quality and performance targets
- Ensuring compliance to company development policies and processes within the team
- Leading project teams to insure smooth program execution
Your profile:
- A university degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and Management
- At least 7 years of relevant automotive experience, thereof 2 years of experience in project or program management
- Ability to manage an innovative project which requires new approaches
- Critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent program management, communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German is mandatory; French and any additional language are considered an asset
