As part of its expansion plans, Innuos is looking for an experienced Production/Buyer Planner responsible for production schedules to meet customer delivery/forecast requirements, best utilize the company’s productive capacity as well as to optimize inventory levels. This role is also responsible for managing inventory, placing and tracking purchase orders, communicating product stock level updates and driving continuous improvement in scheduling and purchasing functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and create Production Schedules based on customer delivery/forecast requirements and in coordination with the operations team
  • Monitor inventory requirements calculation, create and monitor Purchasing Orders within suppliers lead time
  • Procure alternative materials or suppliers when required
  • Coordinate the shipments and deliveries to/from Supply Chain / Sub-Contractors
  • Monitor all transactions associated with Production Orders and semi-finished inventory levels
  • Monitor Bill of Material (BOM) and Routing accuracy within ERP System
  • Communicate regularly with operations and management team to fully understand any issues related to the demand/supply chain within the production process
  • Identify any policy/procedural requirements or improvement opportunities
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Provide weekly, monthly or quarterly reports/analysis as scheduled or required

Required Profile

  • At least 1 year of Buying or Production Planning experience
  • A great team player, able to collaborate with our operations, sales and development teams.
  • Fluent Knowledge of spoken/written English.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
  • General technical knowledge of electronics and computer architecture is highly valued.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher is ideal but not mandatory
