We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and lead a team towards achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Coordinate with engineering and supply chain teams to meet delivery schedules.

Job requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in production management within industrial machinery or similar sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
