Product Support and Quality Specialist

We are looking for a Product Support and Quality Specialist for our growing multinational company.

The Product Support and Quality Specialist tasks include product maintenance, including Design Control and Risk Management activities, and tasks related to ongoing Stability studies, Stability and Transportation documentation.

Tasks:

• Create and maintain product descriptions and compositions
• Create and maintain risk management files
• Handle CRs related to main responsibilities
• Ensure Design control in cooperation with relevant QA functions
• Create and maintain specifications
• Give input to PMS reports
• Train staff in product knowledge
• Support quality investigations
• Support shelf life extension of raw material, intermediates and finished goods
• Create stability and transportation documentation in relation to product changes and in some instances, approve the same
• Set up stability studies, reporting of ongoing stability studies and keeping the stability overview updated

Expectation:

• Relevant college / university degree (e.g. Material Engineer, Bio Engineer)
• Experience in quality systems
• Quality mindset
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Strong in decision making and self-management
• Good communication skills
