Danfoss Heating Segment is looking for a Product Manager to assist us in our journey towards an even more professional product management discipline. You will be joining FEC-E (Floor Heating and Electronic Room Controls – Electric Heating) Business Development department, responsible for driving global Danfoss business and portfolio planning for Electric Floor Heating, Outdoor applications and Controls.

Job Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the success of your own product portfolio. To succeed in this position, you will ensure:

The right product portfolio for the right application - including future launches and phasing-out products
Playing a key role in new development projects and as product line representative during these activities
Ownership on day to day handling of the product related inquiries from the market/customers as well as troubleshooting
Carrying out training for our Customers and Danfoss internal stakeholders
Technical data maintenance, manuals, datasheets and master data
Monitoring product development activities of competitors

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

Solid product management experience and the ability to spot product trends.
Ability to thrive in a big global organization, including having many of your main stakeholders in Europe, USA and Asia time zones.
Electrical or mechatronics educational background and a solid product management experience.
Ideally you have been working with similar technology and shown an understanding of underfloor heating technology. Maybe you previously worked as an installer?
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, verbal and written English language skills required.
A naturally strong customer/market-focus with a high service mindset. You are willing to walk “the extra mile”.
You are a team player showing well-developed cooperation competences, working in a structured, proactive manner.
