CENIS was founded in 1986 and is a specialist engineering consultancy practice providing clients with specialist engineering services and solutions. The practice consists of some 500 consultants working on a diverse range of projects in a broad range of industries and sectors. Typical projects vary in length between 1 and 3 years.

CENIS has particular expertise in aerospace, automotive, transport and electronics.

CENIS has a need to recruit additional engineers to fulfil existing and new projects with ongoing customer relationships. For Aerospace in Northern Germany we are currently looking for: Procurement Officer Tubes & Pipes (f/m) - Aerospace

Tasks:

Contribute to the sourcing activity, manage the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance within company requirements Monitor the contract (during innovation, development, serial and support phases) with suppliers and company stakeholders to achieve through out the contract life cycle a complete application of terms and conditions to ensure suppliers deliver expected performance in all dimensions (e.g. logistics, support, quality, cost) Manage the day to day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership and risks Work as a part of the Multifunctional and Multidivisional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases

Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering or Economics and Management

Experience in procurement and contract management IT: MS-Office and SAP fluent French and English knowledge Ability to work in a multicultural team environment Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different reference persons A high sense of responsibility and organising ability to work autonomously and under pressure Candidate must be willing to travel regularly to Airbus Toulouse and to stay there for 1-2 days
