Procurement Director, Professional Services

Professional Services spends at LEGO includes Company Cars, Employee benefits, Mobility expenses, Financial Advisors, Recruiting, Training & Development, Legal advisors, Temporary labour, Contractors and Consulting.Primary focus for this role is to lead the global procurement team focused on Professional Services Sourcing at LEGO. The secondary responsibility for this role could extend to management of regional procurement teams at LEGO hubs in US and UK. You will: Develop and manage the procurement department including setting targets and monitoring performance Work with regional Procurement and business partners to develop and execute global category strategies. Influence and manage strong relationships with Global stakeholder management Build market insight Build and maintain Global supplier base - incl. contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management and supplier performance. Secure Global KPI performance and follow up Do you have what it takes? In order to be successful in this role you will: Have extensive Procurement experience gained in a multi-national company with specific focus on Professional Services Sourcing Have solid Global People Management & Leadership Experience Proven record of building and executing strong business cases for sourcing transformation Hold a Masters Degree in Supply Chain or other related fields Have excellent communication skills Be able to influence and manage conflict Have solid contract management and negotiations skills Be willing to travel as travelling will be required Join our Global Family!
