Tasks:

  • Permanent optimizing and developing welding processes,
  • Technology-oriented analysing and solving welding problems,
  • Constant improving of production machinery, caring for their availability and operability
  • Participating in purchasing and starting new production machinery,
  • Participating in product development and in solving quality-related problems from technology and manufacturability point of view,
  • Keeping production documentation up to date,
  • Professional contacts and cooperation with partner departments and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering,
  • Familiarity in welding technology,
  • Professional experience in manufacturing (in automotive industry),
  • English or German language skills (technical language),
  • Problem-solving ability,
  • Process and system thinking,
  • Innovative personality.
