Quality Development is looking for a person with capability of analysing complex and global processes and actively support the transformation of our Quality Management System into the future. We are looking for an ambitious candidate with good analytical skills who can understand the need of our stakeholders and manage business improvements in one of Novo Nordisk' larges business optimisation projects



About the department

Quality Development plays a central role in continuously improving and transforming Novo Nordisk’ Quality Management System (QMS). In close collaboration with stakeholders we identify, analyse and execute a series of business optimisation initiatives related to the QMS.



One of the largest initiatives is the replacement of our IT systems for Document Control and Training Management, which play key roles in the continued development of Novo Nordisk and are important for ensuring compliance towards authorities. The initiative is expected to run for the next 3-4 years.



The job

You will play a key role in analysing, understanding and mapping our current business processes for Document Control and Training Management, and in designing and implementing the future processes. This includes close collaboration with stakeholders from the entire company and the ability to deeply understand global and local processes while being able to subtracting the essence. The project is truly global and travel activites must be expected.



It is essential that you are passionate about process optimisation and building relations. We also expect you to be able to effectively communicate how adjustments of processes and changes affect the different stakeholders at Novo Nordisk. You will be exposed in several managment groups in Novo Nordisk.



You will work in close collaboration with a project team anchored in Bagsværd consisting of highly skilled colleagues. The project organisation is currently being built so this is a unique chance to participate from the early start.



Qualifications

We envision a colleague with an academic degree and 3-5 years of experience working with process optimisation and analysis, likely in project settings. Preferably you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry, quality management and/or IT. Regardless of background we expect you to be able to quickly obtain an overview of a given subject.



Excellent communication skills is a prerequisite in order to gain buy in and create win-win situations when new initiatives are introduced. Therefore it is important to possess personal courage and ability to present for large audiences and to communicate a complicated message within short time in both written and spoken English.



We seek a flexible colleague with a positive attitude who is able to work independently but also be part of a team, and who is able to handle several tasks at the same time.



Finally, it is vital that the candidate has a good sense of humour and team working abilities.
