Job offer description

You will manage the maintenance of MRT infrastructure assets by monitoring the performance, condition and health status of the civil assets. In this respect, you shall work with the MRT Operators and the respective internal LTA divisions. You will also lead in studying and developing monitoring tools and/or processes to enhance maintenance monitoring; process Operators submissions and various applications; schedule maintenance audits, and support the Transit Regulator in investigations in the event of incidents or systems technical failures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Building and Estate Management

• At least 3 years of working experience in designing and constructing underground structures/trackworks and related third rail systems

• Specialised knowledge and experience in repair and maintenance work of civil structures/trackworks and related third rail systems

• A team player with a strong analytical mind and ability to work independently

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, resourceful and possess a positive attitude
