Power Plant Project Manager, Nuclear Island
We are strengthening our nuclear island team and we are hiring more Power Plant Managers.As a Power Plant Project Manager you will participate into supervision and control of the schedules, design, installation and testing of the nuclear island systems and their interfaces during the nuclear power plant project. You will work as part of a team in contact to the suppliers and authorities.
Your tasks will include at least
- Complete coordination of nuclear island systems, buildings interfaces or sub-projects, schedules under your responsibility internally in Fennovoima and with suppliers
- coordination of multidisciplinary technological tasks
- Reviewing and controlling of different schedules
- Review of technical designs, analyses, instructions and other technical documents from all disciplines
- Participation in planning of Fennovoima's processes within your scope of responsibility
- Supervision of suppliers' activities, construction, installation and quality assurance within your multidisciplinary scope of responsibility
- Preparation works related to commissioning
- Supervision of commissioning inspections and tests
Ideal candidate for this position has
- technical engineering degree
- engineering experience from nuclear power plant project or NPP operation
- project management experience and knowledge
- knowledge of the nuclear safety regulations, VVER technology and experience from construction is an advantage
- fluent skills in English, Russian is an advantage
