ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Payroll Analyst to join a team of professionals supporting the payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa. The person selected for this role will manage the payroll process conducted by Arrow’s external partners. This role is critical to the success of payroll function at Arrow EMEA. You will be managing the payroll process by collecting, checking, reconciliating and processing payroll input data, ensuring the accuracy of payroll data, providing external vendor with input and instructions as well as payroll output data to finance in a timely manner. You will be also preparing reports for HR and Finance; resolving employee queries or coordinating solution with payroll vendor and performing other activities according to payroll calendar.
YOU ARE AN EXPERT AT
-
Payroll and have at least 2 years of experience at the similar role

Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, organizational, communication and problem solving skills

You are able to work in professional and confidential capacity in fast paced, deadline driven environment

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must

Additional language skills (Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, German) will be a big advantage
