Currently, we give support to ALTEN on European level in searching for candidates with experience in the Life & Science sector. Within the framework of several engineering projects we have currently open in Switzerland, we are looking for: CSV profiles, Qualification and Validation Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Microbiologist and Quality Control Analysts among others, who would like to work on complex problems in diverse segments of the high-tech industry. In addition to your technical skills, communications and social skills are also important as you will be working directly with our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Form part of a team
- Participate in the assigned projects
- Follow up the project within the quality and methodology framework, in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze new incoming problems and create test solutions
- Assess, analyse and manage risks
- Participate in the redaction of new documentation and operating procedures
- Ensure quality standards, corportate and regulatory policies are met
Profile (education & skills):
- University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry
- Knowledge of GMP
- Knowledge of IQ OQ PQ
- Accustomed to work in a validated environment with strong discipline with regard to change control
- Ability to organize, plan and execute multiple tasks to tight schedules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interest in boosting your career
- Fluent in English and German or French (IS A MUST)
