The main tasks are basic care, personal care and mobilisation for old people. Additionally general medical treatments such as changing of bandages, injecting nursing home residents and artificial nutrition will be expected. Further tasks are documentation and social support.

As part of the application process the employer invites selected candidates for a job interview and a job shadowing in one of the nursery homes in Germany (in total 3 days). The costs of the job shadowing (travel costs/ accommodation) will be covered by the employer. The employer also takes over the costs for the language course in Germany.

Until the complete recognition of the professional degree, the employment will be as nursing assistant.
