Non-Destructive Testing Specialist (NDT Technician)

STOMANA INDUSTRY AD is looking for ambitious candidates to join a metallurgical production facility in the city of Pernik, with readiness to work in shifts, for the position of: Non-Destructive Testing Specialist (NDT Technician)

Main Responsibilities:

• Performs non-destructive testing of round steel bars;
• Selects and installs shift equipment suitable for the corresponding product size;
• Sets up and calibrates the non-destructive testing equipment;
• Monitors the proper operation of the equipment via computer (control panel);
• Is responsible for and directly participates in ensuring compliance with the rules regulating the operation, maintenance, and repair of NDT equipment in the workshop;
• Enters data for inspected products into shift reports (Excel).

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• Secondary vocational or technical education;
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office;
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge of the technological process – an advantage.
