Non-Destructive Testing Specialist (NDT Technician)
STOMANA INDUSTRY AD is looking for ambitious candidates to join a metallurgical production facility in the city of Pernik, with readiness to work in shifts, for the position of: Non-Destructive Testing Specialist (NDT Technician)
Main Responsibilities:
- Performs non-destructive testing of round steel bars;
- Selects and installs shift equipment suitable for the corresponding product size;
- Sets up and calibrates the non-destructive testing equipment;
- Monitors the proper operation of the equipment via computer (control panel);
- Is responsible for and directly participates in ensuring compliance with the rules regulating the operation, maintenance, and repair of NDT equipment in the workshop;
- Enters data for inspected products into shift reports (Excel).
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Secondary vocational or technical education;
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office;
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge of the technological process – an advantage.
