You will be the main point of contact for both guests and staff, managing operations, security, and last-minute requests with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising nighttime operations
- Welcoming guests and handling their needs
- Managing unforeseen issues and ensuring security
- Coordinating with departments to prepare for the next day
Key Requirements:
- Experience in hotel reception, preferably in the luxury segment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility and quick problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Italian, good English, and preferably another foreign language
- Proficiency with hotel management systems; knowledge of Opera is highly valued
