YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES-You will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Maintain injection moulds to ensure consistent Quality, Output and Yield
  • Conduct risk assessments to mitigate all risks
  • Completing mould revisions and modifications as needed
  • Trouble shoot and correct machine related issues as they arise
  • Perform preventive and curative maintenance on injection mould tooling
  • Monitor spare parts and order accordingly if there is a shortage
  • Communicate effectively internally with Production, Engineers, Managers and externally with Suppliers
  • Take leadership towards current & prospective Suppliers
Job requirements

<strong>YOUR PROFILE -</strong><strong><em>This position requires the following skills and attributes:</em></strong><strong></strong> 

<ul type="disc"> 

<li>A degree in 

<em>Mechanics, Welding, Electronics or an equivalent level of experience</em><em></em></li> 

<li>Knowledge in one or more of the following fields: Electronics, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Mechanical, Micro/TIG Welding, LEAN manufacturing and TPM</li> 

<li>Ability to read, write and speak Dutch &amp;/or French &amp;/or English</li> 

<li>Demonstrate and apply the knowledge and skills to safely, effectively and efficiently disassemble, clean, troubleshoot, and assemble injection moulds</li> 

<li>Read, understand and modify 2D/3Ddrawings in CATIA</li> </ul>
