Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple projects, ensuring safety, sustainability, and client satisfaction.

- Lead the construction team and coordinate with stakeholders and other disciplines.

- Conduct health and safety inspections, toolbox talks, and meetings.

- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure on-time procurement and payments.

- Mentor and train team members, contribute to resource management and recruitment.

- Provide feedback to improve project delivery processes and stay updated on industry standards

Job requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

- 5+ years of experience, preferably in water and wastewater industries.

- Strong knowledge of Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.

- Experience in MEICA engineering (mechanical installation, control panels, commissioning).

- Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.

- Proficient in MS Project and other MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

- Full driving license required.
