• Accountable for technical design (3D modeling and 2D prints)
  • Perform engineering tolerance analyze of mechanical modules
  • Verification and documentation of process module systems to meet the systems specifications
  • Provides concepts and technical designs for process module systems based on modeling & calculation data
  • Accountable that technical designs meet all engineering requirements regarding Compliance and Safety Standards DIN, ASME Standards and Lam design guideline
  • Accountable for BOM creation and documentation release.
  • Technical response to meet all interface requirements with other modules and environment
  • Close relationship to our suppliers and internal departments to ensure that we receive high quality-, well tested and cost saving solutions for our technical needs
  • Technical design support to solve supplier problems and problems from our internal production
  • Technical design support in obsolescence part execution
  • Technical design support for non-standard request for our tools

Job requirements

  • Technical High School (HTL)
  • Work experience minimum 3 years would be desired
  • Demonstrate significant technical independence
  • Strong design skills
  • Excellent knoledge with AutoCAD, Inventor or NX (or similar CAD software) is required
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Industrial experience with design creation of mechanical modules
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical engineering
  • Good knowledge in MS Office


This position is subject to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metaltechnology Industries, occupation group: E (https://www.metalltechnischeindustrie.at/fileadmin/content/Dokumente/Kollektivvertrag/KV_2021/Abschluss/Mindestgehaltstabelle.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
