Head of the dining room at a 5-star hotel.
Responsible for preparing the restaurant, managing reservations, welcoming customers, coordinating service and dining room staff. 
Checks the mise en place, cleanliness and aesthetics of the environment. 
The maître d' welcomes customers as they enter. 
Presents the menu and wine list.
He also performs dining room duties, such as taking orders and serving courses.

The maître d' checks that everything is running smoothly in the dining room.

Job requirements

EXPERIENCE AS A MAITRE D'HOTEL PREFERABLE

Knoledge of english language
