Logistic Agents with Finnish or Swedish
Do you consider yourself as an open-minded person and you are looking for a new challenges abroad? You have great communication skills and ability to work under pressure. You have also minimum 1 year experience in the field of logistic planning and transportation. Beside all these you communicate fluently in Finnish or Swedish and English. If you find this description matching then you can be the new Logistic Agents who we are looking on behalf of our Finnish Client in Gdańsk, Poland.
You will be responsible for documentation correction and preparation for transport, timely planning loadings and transportation bookings in order to meet the customers’ requirements, supporting production planning by prompt and accurate transportation availability input. Additionally, your duties will involve: customs clearance and creating all transport and export documentation, freight cost planning and supporting freight invoice handling.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in transportation company, freight forwarders or shipping lines would be a big asset
- Experience in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Good practical skills in using Microsoft Office
- Experience with export outside EU is an advantage
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes and components
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in team
- Strong customer focused attitude and problems solving skills
