Drive progress You will teach, coach, support and challenge leaders and employees in one or more Corporate Management area to ensure the development of Continuous Improvement capabilities. Your specific tasks include: - Supporting implementation of agreed LCI Roadmaps in the CM area you support. - Coaching and providing feedback to leaders and employees. - Arranging and conducting LCI training and on-the-job support. - Implementing and continuously applying global standards. - Collaborating with other LCI consultants to ensure alignment. Mutual value creation In this role, you are a valued sparring partner, coach and motivator across the organisation. You work with numerous internal stakeholders and make sure they have everything they need in terms of LCI knowledge and insights to perform at their best. As such, you do not solve problems for the leaders and employees, but instead you teach and coach them to develop their problem solving skills and an LCI mind-set. The position is Billund based and you will be part of our global LCI resource team. As you are part of a global network of LCI consultants, some international travel is expected. In the team, we have a good work-life balance and consultants can e.g. work from home on a regular basis. Continuous Improvement Professional with excellent coaching and networking skills The challenge in this position is to train and coach leaders and employees to adapt LCI skills and mind-set. To facilitate this, you ideally have experience as a coach, trainer/educator or similar. You have at least 3-5 years of experience with continuous improvement implementation including hands on experience in transitioning from traditional processes to continuous improvement processes. You enjoy teamwork and are a strong networker, motivator and teacher/presenter. You use your strong networking, collaboration, presentation and communication skills to quickly build trust with your stakeholders. You speak and write English at a high level since you will be interacting with international colleagues on a daily basis. You are flexible in terms of working hours and mobility to meet your customers´ needs.
