Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a main liaison for stakeholders and clients, handling correspondence and queries.
  • Proactively manage diaries, inboxes, travel, meetings and workflow.
  • Oversee document production, matter management, billing support and compliance.
  • Coordinate pitches, presentations, events and business development activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements, technology adoption and knowledge sharing.
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues, fostering collaboration across the team.
Job requirements

What’s Required:

  • Proven PA/administrative experience in a professional services environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and client service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively and take ownership of tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Copilot).
  • Flexibility, initiative and commitment to delivering excellence.
