Join the team of employees in the Incoming Materials Testing Laboratory at the Small Molecules Quality Control Center in Ljubljana.

With more than 50 different analytical techniques, we support material testing to verify quality, ensuring product release and the smooth servicing of customers within Novartis.

As a Laboratory Analyst, you will be responsible for performing analyses accurately and on time. The dynamic nature of the work will offer you many opportunities for personal development.

Job requirements

Your key responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with current Good Practices (cGxP) and data integrity requirements.
• Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing samples, as well as maintaining the laboratory logbook.
• Processing and verifying results, and entering data into the information system.
• Checking and calibrating instruments.
• Performing other tasks as defined in goal-setting discussions and performance indicators.

Nice to have

Your contribution to the role:
• Minimum secondary education in pharmaceutical, chemical, veterinary, or another relevant field.
• Active knowledge of the Slovenian language.
• Basic knowledge of the English language.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
