We enable a wind-powered future

At our office in Vojens, you will become part of our PMO in Global Technology & Innovation with focus on CMS (Condition Monitoring Systems). You will be a part of a well-founded team where sparring and dialog is a natural part of everyday work and where quality assurance and performance is key parameters for success.

With +20 engineers, you will be responsible for setting the direction and secure we deliver according to agreed plan and expectations. 

Manage innovative projects within green technology

As our new project manager, you will get the responsibility for your own projects. You will lead the projects through our maturity levels and delivery of our KK Wind Solutions IP CMS (Condition Monitoring Systems) products and portfolio.

As pioneers within wind power, we are committed to developing groundbreaking and competitive products within green technology. And you and our team will be working in the interface between power electronics, hardware and software.

More specifically, you will:

  • Ensure the complete project assignment in terms of scope, time, quality and costs, and you steer the project safely through to deliver as promised
  • Coach, manage and motivate the team members, and you nurture a sustainable and eager innovation culture
  • Meet the KPIs for each project
  • Stay in close contact with our customers and collaboration partners at universities to make sure the project is going in the right direction
  • Report on progress status to top management once a month

You will join a department counting several nationalities with a distinct team spirit. We have an ongoing exchange of ideas and share an open, honest atmosphere where we help each other succeed. What is more, you will be collaborating across several functions and share good practices with talented project managers in our PMO.

We have a great onboarding process in which you’re introduced to the different departments, get to know our strategy and meet our CEO. To work together, we have to know each other and our joint path,” says Head of Project Management, Global Technology & Innovation, Brian Baldtzar Hansen.

Your project management is on point

You can motivate specialised project team members, work across our organisation, stay on top of project plans and spot risks as well as opportunities that drive the project forward. With a strong drive and good communication skills, you are ready to present project statuses to the customer and management to make sure we are all on the same page.

Moreover, you:

  • Bring 3+ years of experience with and a proven track record of leading technology projects – more specifically new product development within renewable energy
  • Have as a minimum bachelor’s degree within engineering – maybe within power electronics
  • Bring excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Have the flexibility to travel around 10 days a year to visit our production sites in Poland and India
  • Speak and write English effortlessly
