We are seeking a M&A - Supply Chain Integration Director with prior experience in and a strong passion for Supply Chain operations and experience with mergers and acquisitions tasks to join our office in Ikast.

KK Wind Solutions is expanding the business and therefore we are looking for a self-driven, multi-disciplinary operational individual to support the strategy and to run onboarding and integration of the supply chain of acquired business. The ideal candidate will be analytical, process oriented, and able to build positive and productive relationships with various stakeholders. The role is about leading, planning and implementation of supply chain integration projects that deliver a fit-for-purpose supply chain function at the date of integration as well as to ensure the readiness of supply chain transaction execution.

Your opportunity:

• Lead the Program and Project Management of Supply Chain activities related to Global Operations
• Evaluate, analyze, plan, integrate M&A targets into KK with a holistic and end-to-end thinking covering basically all Operations topics
• Ensure that KK processes and operating model is implemented, and way of working is introduced, and “target” integrated in main processes, so a uniform ways of working is applied
• Lead concrete projects as a part of the program with hands-on tasks (not only a coordinator role)
• Apply the Post Merger Integration principles, tools and methods for Global Operations as well as give input and develop PMI related tools & methods
• Lead / be a part of selected due diligence processes related to Operations (ODD)
• Develop & Lead M&A operational way of working including tools and methods
• Work closely with quality (including quality management) to secure we integrate “targets” in the best possible way as an end-to-end holistic thinking
• Ensure that main core performance indicators prior to merger is delivered at minimum at same or better level (pending on synergies)
• Be an engaged part of the broader team - ask questions, challenge where appropriate, and contribute to our positive company culture.

About You

We are looking for a team member with proven track record of bringing structure and process and has great attention to detail, is able to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of people, and is excited at the prospect of being a part of a rapidly growing company. We encourage to apply experienced professionals who are having minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a SCM leadership role, at least five years of experience within running and development a Supply Chain and & Manufacturing concepts and strategies and at least three years of experience in a production manager or similar role.

It is helpful for candidates to have at least five years of experience in a global senior leadership role working with executive management in a global organization. The candidate must have a high drive and ability to convert strategy into action.

The relevant candidate holds as a minimum a bachelor's degree within supply chain and a business degree (e.g. MBA), technical background is very welcomed (production of Electrical Power Systems, Energy Systems or similar).
