The main responsibilities within the role:

  • Lead the Program and Project Management of Quality related activities related to overall KK Wind Solutions
  • Evaluate, analyze, plan, integrate M&A targets into KK with a holistic and end-to-end thinking covering basically all quality related topics for instance: Quality levels (FRY, PPM, etc.), customer complaints, cost of poor quality, management system, various certificates and approvals (ISO, UL, etc.)
  • Ensure that KK processes and operating model is implemented, and way of working is introduced, and “target” integrated in main processes, so a
  • Uniform ways of working is applied hereunder integration into KK Quality Management System (if such integration)
  • Lead concrete projects as a part of the program with hands-on tasks (not only a coordinator role)
  • Apply the Post Merger Integration principles, tools and methods for Quality as well as give input and develop PMI related tools & methods
  • Lead / be a part of selected due diligence processes related to Operations (ODD – quality is embedded hereunder)
  • Develop & Lead M&A operational way of working including tools and methods
  • Work closely with Supply Chain integration to secure we integrate “targets” in the best possible way as an end-to-end holistic thinking
  • Ensure that main core performance indicators prior to merger is delivered at minimum at same or better level (pending on synergies)

About you

We are looking for a team member who has gained at least 5 years of Quality Management experience, has strong leadership and managerial skills with high degree of involvement in balance with excellent execution.

An ideal candidate is able to work systematically with attention to details, analytical reasoning and show ability to easily harmonize strategic, tactical and operational approach. They need to have relevant quality management education on minimum bachelor level and professional experience working in global companies.

Excellent communication skills and relationship management skills are expected for the position.
