Key Account Manager /Home appliances/
On behalf of our trusted client, a global technology group and leading manufacturer of home appliances with a strong international presence, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their team in Sofia and manage strategic relationships with major retail chains across Bulgaria.
This position requires relevant experience in sales of home appliances and good connections established with key account chains - Technopolis, Technomarket, Zora.
- Manage the portfolio of key accounts within major appliance retail chains.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in partner organizations.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure competitive positioning.
- Organize and conduct business meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and ensure profitability within assigned accounts.
- Conduct market research, prepare forecasts and strategic plans, and contribute to sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, in the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
