What are we looking for?

  • Someone who can step up and solve issues;
  • For example: If they identify that something in the template is not aligned, our expectation is that he will aligned it and move forward, not be stuck and don’t do anything;
  • Someone who takes ownership, is intuitive, autonomous and has decision making ability;
  • Good communication skills to say if something is going wrong and positive mindset to provide solutions;
  • Fluency in English.
