Do you speak fluently in German or Czech and have a good command of English? Are you a person with strong communication skills? If yes, you could be the candidate we are currently looking for on behalf of our well-known international Client in Cracow.
The purpose of this job is to search for candidates using innovative tools and methods such as social media, networking and searching job boards. You will be in charge of reviewing applications against job’s criteria, interviewing candidates on the phone, managing various administration activities, building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties involved in the recruitment process. You will be also responsible for interview scheduling and re-scheduling (f2f interview, video conference, telephone interview, assessment centers) and also posting vacancies on job boards.
To be a successful candidate you need to have excellent communication skills and good phone manner. You should also have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, ideally combined with some business experience.
