Work with highly skilled colleagues When you join the project management team in either Corporate IT Marketing, Corporate IT Technology or Corporate IT Business enabling - You will get the opportunity to work with inspiring colleagues, gain in-depth knowledge of our global company and develop your project management skills further. You will be part of our Project Management teams in the Corporate IT. You will the first year act in the role of Project Assistance and follow an experienced Senior Project Manager. You will be based in Billund, but your projects will take you travelling 20-40 days a year to international locations. Encounter all the classic project management disciplines Your responsibility will be to secure successful management of business projects including IT solutions. You take the responsibility for the delivery process and lead all project stages from project planning, organising and resource allocation over managing the team to ensuring timely deliveries within the agreed budget and quality. You ensure that the solutions are compliant with the IT strategy and business requirements, and you define test- and roll-out strategies. You contribute actively to this by engaging, involving and keeping a high level of communication with all project members, steering committee and stakeholders. Enthusiastic Project Manager You hold a master´s degree within Communication, Economics, Engineering or IT related fields. You are project worker yourself and have as minimum a theoretical knowledge about the project management toolbox. You are enthusiastic about IT and have the necessary drive to lead a team You speak and write English at a solid level. As a person you have the ability to engage with stakeholders and keep an open dialogue about solutions. Further, you can facilitate a proactive solution design without actually getting involved in the technical development. With your curiosity and eagerness to learn, you can quickly gain knowledge of the LEGO Group and organisation, just as you are enthusiastic about driving projects through strong team leadership. You can build lasting relations with all business units, and you manage to lead projects according to the needs and culture of the unit.
