Provide high quality solutions to the business As the LEGO Group is growing, Corporate IT builds the application platforms and the knowledge base to support business. You will join the Operations Department within Corporate IT where we focus on enabling the LEGO Business strategy by supporting the LEGO Operations organisation. Here you will be working with 10-15 colleagues within development, applications, process - and solution architecture. In particular, you will: Join a team working with business processes supported by IT suites like SAP together with a variety of Best-of-Breed and legacy systems Dedicate part of your time to projects, where you identify and resolve gaps between the IT platforms and the company business processes Spend the remainder of your time on daily operational processes as well as analysing and designing new business processes, including prototyping Meet quality, time and budget requirements in all aspects Work with global employment, which can take you travelling 10-20 days per year We will help your reach your full potential Working for the LEGO Group also means becoming part of a family-owned business that takes pride in the great experiences we deliver to children around the world. Solid IT skills and intercultural understanding In this position, strong interpersonal and intercultural skills are essential in building networks and engaging in close collaboration with stakeholders. Moreover, you will get to use your open, honest and direct communication style while accepting and using the expertise of others. Your qualifications: If not newly graduated, you have been working 1-2 years with developing supply chain management processes, using state-of-the-art IT applications It is a plus if you have direct experience from business, preferably from a core function within Supply Chain (Procurement, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Manufacturing) You communicate effortlessly in English You always go for the strategic goals that are outlined, and you are mature and independent in your attitude towards prioritising and solving tasks You actively seek opportunities to enhance your knowledge and always keep cool in peak situations Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Organisation.
