About the role
- You are the point of contact for any problems in our ERP system and try to solve them independently
- With your organizational skills you coordinate tickets in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Your helpful nature and your communication skills help you in correspondence with colleagues
- When analyzing errors you can use your analytical skills
- As you proactively keep yourself informed about news in the Microsoft world world, you support the team in the internal maintenance of the knowledge transfer
Job requirements
About you
- Completed IT education
- First professional experience in ERP environment, ideally in the support Area
- ERP knowledge (e.g.: Microsoft AX, NAV, D365 FSCM-F&O or similar) is an advantage
- Good command of English
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Enthusiasm for customer support with high solution and service orientation
- Very good communication skills and team player
