  • With your organizational skills you coordinate tickets in 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Your helpful nature and your communication skills help you in correspondence with colleagues
  • When analyzing errors you can use your analytical skills
  • As you proactively keep yourself informed about news in the Microsoft world world, you support the team in the internal maintenance of the knowledge transfer

Job requirements

About you

  • Completed IT education 
  • First professional experience in ERP environment, ideally in the support Area
  • ERP knowledge (e.g.: Microsoft AX, NAV, D365 FSCM-F&O or similar) is an advantage
  • Good command of English
  • Independent and proactive way of working
  • Enthusiasm for customer support with high solution and service orientation
  • Very good communication skills and team player
