The objective of the position is to resolve remote users technical problems. The Analyst responds to clients requiring queries and technical support. Contacts reach them via telephone, ticket handling systems or e-mail.
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate has excellent German/Dutch/Swedish/Danish/Norweigan and fluent English knowledge and interest or experience in working in the technical field. As a person she /he is customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated to take charge of both customer satisfaction and query resolution.
