Project Management team in Corporate IT Operations We offer a challenging position where you will gain an in depth knowledge of our Supply Value Chain across the LEGO Group - and a chance to work with inspiring and brilliant colleagues in a truly global organisation. You will join our Project Management team in Corporate IT Operations. Corporate IT Operations is a team of more than 100 IT specialists that support the business area Operations. The LEGO business Operations organization consist of the functions; Value Chain Innovation, Supply Chain Planning & Distribution, Procurement, Quality & Engineering and Manufacturing. The position is based in Billund but your projects will occasionally take you travelling to international locations. Classic project management disciplines You will get a great opportunity to manage IT projects, big and small, where you in collaboration with a business project manager are responsible for leading the entire project management process from project planning, organising and resource allocation over leading the team to ensuring timely deliveries within the agreed budget and quality. You ensure that the solutions are compliant with the IT strategy, architectural principles & business requirements, and you define test and roll-out strategies. You should expect to manage multiple projects at the same time and will as IT project manager also drive and be engaged in business case development. Early involvement will secure a high standard and foundation for the project execution. The LEGO Group is characterised by a strong collaborative environment. Strong Project Management track record Preferably, you have three to five years of experience in managing IT development projects. Experience with SAP implementations in supply chain operations in international settings is considered a plus. You enjoy working in a large global corporation, and you hold a relevant master degree within business administration, information technology, engineering or similar, but most importantly you have a proven track record of excellent Project Management. You get motivated by bringing your project management experience into play, and are capable of leading project teams using your strong collaboration and leadership skills. You have the ability to engage stakeholders in a dialogue about the solution and facilitate a proactive solution design without actually getting involved in the technical development. You can build lasting relations with all business units, and you manage to lead projects leveraging on cultural differences. The LEGO career path The LEGO Group strongly supports career development.
