About the department

Talent Attraction and Development is a department within Corporate People and Organisation (Corporate HR) at Novo Nordisk A/S. Our main target is to support line of business with talent attraction and leadership development performing recruitment support and leadership programmes. You will join the talent attraction team of 6 people with different backgrounds and experiences within HR who aims at utilising these differences by contributing with professional and highly skilled support to the recruitment and assessment process.



The job

In one of the business units in the Novo Nordisk Research & Development organisation we are planning to implement a new recruitment process as a pilot starting this autumn and continuing throughout the spring of 2016. Therefore, we need the assistance of a skilled and energetic intern, who will help us plan and execute the new process. You will be participating in most of the activities and meetings ensuring close collaboration and alignment with the business managers. You will provide a lot of support in organising recruitment processes as well as researching and screening candidates in collaboration with the recruitment partner and the hiring manager. Furthermore, you will continuously discuss, challenge and support the recruitment process.



Qualifications

Are you curious and passionate about professional matchmaking in a HR-setting? Then you may be the one we are looking for. You are currently finalising your master’s degree within psychology, human resources or similar. You are analytical, self-dependent and persistent and a person who engages and communicates with people at many organisational levels in a professional and inviting fashion. It is essential that you have a strong personal drive and dedication to what you do and you enjoy being busy and working with tight deadlines. In addition you have an easy-going personality and a good sense of humour. Fluency in English both in speaking and writing is a must.



Practicalities

Requirement: Students in their first or second year of their master studies. Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months. Start date: 1 Nov/Dec 2015.
