About the department In connection with the Future AP program, our department - DFP (Diabetes Finished Products) implementation engine - is responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of new technologies and best practices in all DFP production sites. DFP Implementation Task Force is a multinational team consisting of several project managers and experts who oversee the aseptic production processes. We are the frontrunners of new injection standards, new technology, and optimised production. We play an essential role in the Novo Nordisk future and are the task force that ensures we meet the current and new GMP requirements and uphold the license to produce.

The position As a project manager in DFP, you will drive the implementation of small, medium, and complex initiatives in all aseptic production sites in DFP, which involves a technical job and a reasonable level of stakeholder management with the related production units.

As a project manager, your tasks will include:

Implementing and optimising new technology on our aseptic production processes and ensure that these changes live up to the current GPM regulations and that they are implemented on all our sites worldwide. Exploring new possibilities for our tracks such as Big Data, AI, Robotic or similar As a natural part of the projects, you will be in close dialogue with the business line and all management levels like Head of site, Directors, CVPs, SVPs and EVPs, etc.

As your projects will be cross-borders, you will be expected to travel in the future.

Qualifications You have a bachelor's degree or higher academic education within engineering, pharmaceutical or similar background supplemented with substantial experience as a Project Manager in a GMP or another regulatory environment. You must have experience with New Technologies, Process Optimisation or Batch Change Over (BCO).

On a personal level, you are pro-active and thrive with driving tasks independently to the finish line. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritising your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind.

You are a natural leader and team player, and you quickly build strong working relationships. Good communication skills are a must, including the ability to target your communication at a broad set of stakeholders at all organisational levels.
