Internal IT Support

Are you a n IT Support/Administrator  and looking for a life style change and the chance to work in an exciting and fast paced environment? We are looking for a brilliant Internal IT Support  who is reliable and experienced, to manage the maintenance and operation of our network, computers, servers and services. Whilst also provide technical support for software and hardware issues. 

The Job:

As our valuable Internal IT Support, you will play an important role within our growing IT department. You will work closely with our Catena Media family members,developers, designers and other passionate individuals under the lead of Catena Media’s Agile focused CTO. It is required that you enjoy managing a large volume of tasks and projects and that you are solution oriented by nature.

We are looking for someone who has experience and will be able to  take care of :

• installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;

• monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;

• taking staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;

• troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;

• replacing parts as required;

• providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;

• supporting the roll-out of new applications;

• setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;

• prioritising and managing many open cases at one time;

• testing and evaluating new technology;

• conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

• keeping software licences, various accounts and domains up to date

• managing and maintaining domain portfolio

•experience with Windows and OSX needed
