About the department

Regulatory Affairs is responsible for global strategies to obtain and maintain market authorisations worldwide for all Novo Nordisk’s new products and for life cycle management activities such as new medical indications, new or changed production methods, or update of labelling of Novo Nordisk products. You get an opportunity to join an international, high performing team in Søborg, Denmark. The department Regulatory Operations Business Support is a support department for the Corporate Vice President (CVP) area ‘Regulatory Operations’. The department drives optimisation projects, the Balanced Scorecard Process, Quality and regulatory off-shoring activities to India.



Regulatory Operations (RegOps) consist of ~160 employees in Denmark and India and is responsible for Regulatory operational activities from labelling development and management, publishing activities, coordination of labelling activities worldwide, IT projects and support to Clinical Trail Application (CTA) management.



The job

You will join a little team of 8 motivated colleagues in Regulatory Operations Business Support, we work as internal project management consultants for processes related to Regulatory Affairs. You are going to be the Project Manager of sub projects and you will interact with the RegOps department as a consultant talking to people, testing hypothesis etc. The projects can require that you interact with colleagues within Regulatory Affairs and perhaps colleagues in the affiliates worldwide, external consultants and our Indian Office. You will also be involved in day-to-day business processes and tasks within the department. In addition you will assist the various project managers in optimisation projects, including independent analysis, gathering qualitative and quantitative data, tracking and analysis of data, monitor critical regulatory processes and ad-hoc tasks requested by the VP-management.



Qualifications

We are looking for an intern, who is passionate about driving initiatives in project contexts. An analytical and systematic approach comes natural to you, you are a fast learner and you use your energy and understanding of other people to involve the right competences in the right processes to carry projects ideas through with success. You have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and you are result-oriented. In addition, you are ambitious and like to be challenged. Use of Excel advanced skills (Pivot Tables, regressions, graphs, data analysis etc.) is a prerequisite.



You are currently studying on your 2nd year on your master’s degree in engineering or business. General knowledge of health services research-related disciplines and key methodologies (database analysis, systematic literature reviews, and cost-analyses) preferred. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning.



Practicalities

Period: The internship is a full-time position for 6 months.
