For our Installation Project Management team within the Siemens Wind Power offshore market unit, we are looking for a competent Installation Project Manager to strengthen the planning and execution of our installation activities on offshore wind farm projects.

What are my responsibilities?

As an Installation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution on time, on budget and at expected quality levels. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover:

• Planning and management of construction and installation works on offshore projects worldwide • Planning and scheduling of all installation activities

• Budgeting, time scheduling, planning and execution of the installation of offshore wind farms including budget responsibility for activities in scope

• Selection and management of required subcontractors and equipment as well as internal coordination with various departments and support functions

• Planning of required resources / manpower

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• You have a degree in Construction or Civil Engineering and/or are experienced in managing complex construction projects within infrastructure, civil works etc. Preferably, you have experience from marine construction projects

• You understand the importance of a well-planned construction site and logistics, and you enjoy the challenge of problem solving with the ambition to become a skilled project manager.

• You like to work in a multicultural environment, and you have excellent communication skills, including advanced English skills, both orally and in writing In this position, you can expect some travel activity to the different sites worldwide In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
