- leading installation of turbines in our international Offshore region The Offshore business region is expanding its activities, and we are therefore looking for an energetic Installation Lead for our Offshore Project Site Execution department. As an Installation Lead, you will be located at offshore wind farm sites worldwide and will be responsible for the daily planning and execution of the Pre Assembly, Installation and Commissioning of turbines on construction sites. What are my responsibilities? • The daily management of technician and team setup • Create a motivating and inspirational work environment • Develement and evaluation of technician to ensure high skilled teams • Participate in daily site meetings with Site Management, QA and EHS • Resource planning in cooperation with Site Planner and Tech. Resource Coordinator • Surporting technician in technical issue • Administrative work: Planning, Documentation, Work Instruction and Manuals, Monitoring • Ensuring that all work on-site is implementated and executed according to work instruction and manuals and in agreement with all SWP standards incl. QA and EHS regulations • Managing subcontractors on-site • Working closely with QA and EHS department onsite • Reporting daily to the Site Manager What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a technical-electrical education. Preferably, you have relevant experience from the construction, offshore or wind industry as a technician. You are an experienced and motivating person as well as a strong planner, and you have demonstrated experience in dealing with high information flow and task. You like traveling and thrive in an international environment, and you are flexible as to being located on project sites. As a person, you are result-oriented and you have a structured approach to complex tasks. Additionally, you possess outstanding communication skills as well as good English skills, both orally and in writing, and you are familiar with Microsoft Office. In this position, you can expect travel activities up to 180 days. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
